Tasnim is a kind nurse and always willing to help.
I accompanied my mother in the Surgical Unit on the third floor at King Hussein Cancer Center, where we stayed in the hospital for several weeks. During that period, the country entered a state of complete lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The nursing staff did not hesitate to provide any help we asked for, especially since I did not leave the hospital and stayed with my mother. All the nurses in the Surgical Unit that cared for my mother were knowledgeable and supportive. They provided outstanding nursing care to her.
The nurse Tasnim was one of the best nurses who dealt with my mother; since my mother needed special care, a smile did not leave Tasnim's face; she gave my mom all support and care she needed. Did her job very well with an excellent attitude and caring disposition. Tasnim is a kind nurse and always willing to help. Not only that, but she always took care of me as a companion to my mother, especially when I started my exams at the university during that period. Words cannot describe my feelings for such a nurse. I derived my strength and willpower to succeed from her smile and humanitarian sense of dealing with my mother and providing the necessary care. After my mother passed away, Tasnim kept in touch with me and did her best to help me get through this painful situation. Moreover, she supported me again when I was diagnosed with cancer a year later, Tasnim was in the right place and the right time for me. I was overwhelmed touch by her compassion and care. I think it gave me a lot of happiness and hope in the most challenging times, in the simplest word, Thank you, Tasnim.
