I recently had my first baby at Del Webb. I had to have an emergency c-section and was very overwhelmed at having unplanned surgery and a new baby. This nurse was an absolute angel, and I am so grateful that she was our nurse during our hospital stay. She went above and beyond in caring for me and our baby. She helped us learn how to swaddle, how to clean a diaper, and how to use a breast pump. She was so attentive and was always available and happy to bring water or supplies. When I experienced feelings of stress and doubt and felt overwhelmed, she was reassuring, encouraging and provided information and instruction so that we felt more confident.

While all our nurses were nice, professional, and helpful, we felt that this nurse provided truly exceptional care. She left a huge, positive impression on us and made our stay at Del Webb excellent. Another example of how she went above and beyond was volunteering to watch and hold our baby for us for 15 minutes while she got caught up on paperwork so that we could take a quick nap. 

When I think back on our stay at Del Webb, she sticks out in my mind as the biggest difference-maker because of the extraordinary care she provided, her extremely helpful and positive attitude, and her dedication and attentiveness as a nurse.
