Taylor excels in her role as ANM. She can always be counted on to follow through on all assigned tasks and consistently goes above and beyond to support our team, as well as her manager in multiple ways. In the last few months, she was additionally tasked with preparing our unit for the transition to Epic EMR. She is an SLE and has been a great partner in all the coordination of staff efforts.

Taylor leads by example and stays on top of employee performance issues. She consistently and fairly holds staff accountable to our service standards. In tandem with that, she also plays an essential role in the positive work culture of our unit. She reinvigorated our Unit-Based Council and most recently coordinated an outside team-building activity at a dog park which the staff loved. She has an abundance of creativity and inspired increased staff engagement with our lens board by creating fun surveys for the staff to participate in.

Finally, Taylor is also a key contributor to our high patient experience scores. She is phenomenal with service recovery. Anytime she becomes aware of a staff or patient concern, she brings it to the forefront and or effectively resolves the issue. She conducts most of our discharge phone calls and enjoys doing them. She has a knack for great service recovery and effectively navigates and resolves areas of conflict. She is truly phenomenal all around.
