Taylor Lauck exemplified all the qualities that I would want in a nurse, as well as the qualities I aspire to have as a nurse. She exemplified compassion for hard patients and love for her coworkers, and she pursues her career with excellence. She went the extra mile in making sure her patients were cared for and comfortable and it was obvious that she never thought a job was “below” her. She also was so kind with her words. She stands up against “gossip culture” and never spoke poorly about her patients or coworkers but boldly chose to use loving words instead!

Overall, Taylor is an incredible nurse. She walks in humility and does her job well! I am a student nurse, and Tayor was the kindest and most compassionate nurse that I’ve had the honor of shadowing! It was just for a few short hours that I was with her, but she was incredibly impactful! She was so different from other nurses I’m usually around!
