Ms. Teresa is very important to our family. We look forward to seeing her when we come to clinic. She always makes sure we have what we need. She is always there to answer our questions and concerns. She has not once undermined me as a parent. We are sad when she isn’t here. She is very gentle with our son.

One experience with her gentleness (seems as an odd experience I know) but our son was in need of an enema everyday and she took some extra time to warm and lubricate the enema before giving it. She just seems so concerned with him. We as parents appreciate the extra time she thinks about the little things such as giving an enema to a 3yr old so he is comfortable. When we are done here as patients we hope she still touches other parents lives the way she has ours. We love you Ms. Teresa.

She also makes sure we have extra band-aids. Our son doesn’t want stickers but she remembers he loves band-aids.

I have not once heard her complain about a long exhausting day. She keeps the smiles coming. She always remembers his name and knows who everyone is.
