Terri consistently gives the utmost care to her patients. A difficult family she worked with, one in which the parents were unappreciative and disrespectful. The parents and patient fought her every care and kind hand. Despite the lack of deserved appreciation, Terri made sure to enter and leave the room with a smile and do her best to please the patient and her parents the entire shift. Terri's patience and caring helped the parents realize what was best for their child and learned how to care for their daughter. Terri always makes sure her patients are comfortable. She gives the best care to her patients. This wonderful nurse is bursting with smiles and compassion.
