Terry is the most patient nurse I have ever seen in my entire nursing career. Terry is the expert nurse on our rotation, that has all the experience. Terry is our go to person for all kinds of questions, situations and problems. She has a great personality and makes our rotation the best rotation as far as teamwork. She sets the stage for a great shift because we all know that we can count on her to be there if we have an issue, need to ask a question, or need advice. Terry has the most experience and by default has precepted almost all of us "new nurses" on her night rotation.
Terry is always willing to lend a helping hand no matter how busy she is, she will always stop what she is doing to come and help us. She always asks us how we are doing and if we need anything. She is very understanding and patient with us and lets us try first and then will help if we need it. The care and compassion she has for her patients as well as new nurses is second to none.
