Tesse is an extraordinary nurse! While caring for my Father, she was dedicated to providing the ultimate patient care. She treats her patients as if they are family. She exemplifies a great bedside manner by being kind and is very considerate when her patients are not feeling at their best. She exemplifies professionalism and is very courteous to all. She keeps the family informed about my Father's care in a manner in which we can understand what is being done for him. Charleston Area Medical Center should use her as the benchmark in healthcare. She truly is a nursing angel.

We had an angel in blue (uniform) taking care of my husband. Tesse was so kind and gentle with him as he was in so much pain. She was always pleasant, cheerful and had a smile for everyone. When she entered the room, one just knew things were going to be ok. It was easy to see that she likes being a nurse. My husband's welfare was her priority and it showed in her attitude toward him. We were truly blessed with Tesse being my husband's nurse. The way she takes care of her patients and their families, she is accumulating huge "awards" in Heaven.
