Theresa Clifton, RN – Referral Center – Hospice of Cincinnati

Theresa works as an admission liaison for Hospice of Cincinnati. She routinely goes over and above to meet the needs of our patients – seeing extra patients on a daily basis in order that patient/families that are overwhelmed and frightened will be assure that “someone is there.” Theresa is always cheerful, up beat, and professional. She is certainly an asset to Hospice of Cincinnati and TriHealth.
