Terry is an amazing Human, Nurse, Advocate, Co-worker, etc. She has the most compassionate Soul and we are so very lucky to have her here with us at Mobile Integrated Community Crisis Services (MICCS). Nurse Terry works on the MICCS and the patients truly appreciate all her efforts. She is extremely organized, dedicated, knowledgeable, trusting, and very sweet. The patients on the MICCS team are typically homeless, disorganized, and noncompliant with treatment, acutely ill and sometimes aggressive. Terry has a calm and quiet demeanor that patients truly respond to. In her soft way, she is extremely professional and very capable of handling any crisis that may arise. Terry manages our Injection Clinic on Fridays at 11am. That program has grown exponentially and she not only services MICCS patients but all patients from the clinic that require and injectable medication. She has truly made her presence known on the AIMMC campus. I have recently had the privilege of working on a few projects with her and I can honestly say that she made the whole experience smooth and painless. I would work with her again in any capacity and at any time.
