I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at Lovelace Women’s Hospital. A new world opened up with a first child. We were fortunate and blessed for our time in the delivery room with Thu. We know that there may be many complications that could come our way. Thu made us feel confident and safe by her assistance through the whole process. Thu is very informative and direct with all the questions we had. She was very clear, insightful, and knowledgeable about everything. Her knowledge of our situation made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process of having a child. Thu is such a bright, understanding person who understands what people are feeling and what they have questions about. She was an honor and a blessing to have in our room during the start of a major life change. Her clarity in all medicines and equipment, as well as how to operate them, truly made us feel that we were with the finest of medical personnel.
