Our 94-year-old father took our 85-year-old mother to the emergency room because she had not been making sense for a couple of days or more. After a long time in the emergency room, her mother was diagnosed with a small stroke, affecting her ability to find the right words. She was transferred up to her room in the hospital late in the evening. Tiffany was her day nurse, and she made us all feel so comfortable. She was so relaxed and caring. The last thing you need is a stressed-out nurse! Tiffany connected right away with the specialists who could best address our concerns about mom's health, such as not knowing what specifically had happened and what was to be done moving forward. Our mother is the partner who makes their life at home independent, and because of that, it was especially important that we had as clear an understanding as possible of what to expect. Tiffany was amazing with our father. He is hard of hearing and 94 years old, he was extremely worried about our mother, his life partner. I wish more people in healthcare could have the amazing personality and patience that Tiffany possesses. I really appreciated her being thorough, and her follow-through with our questions to get answers was amazing! I gave her a hug as I was leaving.
