During her first year of nursing, Tiffany has completed the nurse residency program and continues to focus on caring for more complex critical care patients. She has made a true impact on the patients that she cares for.

A patient's daughter described Tiffany as the "angel" who cared for her mom after suffering a cardiac arrest at the elevator on her way out of the hospital. She claimed Tiffany to be, "the nurse we compared everyone to. Some came close, but Tiffany was phenomenal and is a standard that will be hard to beat".

Tiffany gave great information, answered numerous questions, and made the family feel as if this was her only patient. One of the things that was very helpful was the suggestion she gave the family to watch any of the videos related directly to her care, and she helped them to access them.

Tiffany has also impressed her peers since joining the ICU. One staff member stated, "Tiffany is the total package. She has incredible critical thinking skills for a new nurse. She really gets the whole picture." Another peer commented on Tiffany's great teamwork and how she is always doing extra little things for her patients.
