Tiffany had a very difficult patient that was spitting, scratching, biting, fighting with all of the staff. Despite the patient's violent behavior Tiffany provided excellent, compassionate patient care. Tiffany had the patient for most of her shift, the patient needed to be intubated and then wait for an ICU bed. The patient's heart rate was elevated most of the shift and the BP was low so she had to work skillfully with all of the IV drips the patient was on. Tiffany made sure the patient was kept comfortable and safe during his stay in the ED. She was very patient and kind with this patient.
