My Veteran father's physical health was declining rapidly, followed by some mental health concerns. After several unsuccessful attempts to coax our father to obtain medical care, we contacted Tiffany Geiger. Although Ms. Geiger could not share any health information with me, she took down all the medically relevant information that conveyed our desperation to get our father medical care. Tiffany went above and beyond her responsibilities to call my father every day until he answered and invited him in to see his primary care provider. Tiffany's tenacity and daily calls gave my father the confidence to answer her phone call and schedule a medical appointment. Because of Tiffany's daily invitations, my father's life was saved when the blood test results indicated he was in dire need of immediate, critical medical care. My father is alive today because of Tiffany's decision to pursue him and kindly but convincingly invite him to come in to see his primary care provider.
