When I think of PSA's mission of providing Trusted Care, I think of Tiffany Kuhn. Tiffany embodies everything that PSA stands for. Tiffany is always taking action. She consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our patients are well cared for and to allow the families to rest easy, knowing that their loved one is being cared for with compassion and the highest quality of care.
When I look at a patient's schedule and see that Tiffany is on it, I am assured that they are getting the best care possible. Whenever we are in a bind and we need help covering a shift, Tiffany is always there to lend a helping hand. Even if it means giving up a day off. Even if it means changing her own personal plans. Even if it means working longer shifts. Tiffany is always there.
Tiffany always puts her patients and their families first. Tiffany recently received some bad news about her health, which will require her to be off work for an extended period of time. However, in the midst of dealing with the bad news, Tiffany was concerned about an extra shift she picked up for a patient so that mom could attend an event she'd been planning for months. Tiffany refused to let this shift go uncovered and was still committed to working the shift. This is the type of dependability and integrity that Tiffany displays on a daily basis. Tiffany is very deserving to be honored for her hard work and dedication to her patients.
