Tiffany never hesitates to step up when needed. One example of Tiffany’s outstanding leadership was last year, when she advocated for our staff to receive a significant pay increase and managed the staff to become leaders by creating positions for our staff to climb the career ladder. Even with her recent heartbreaking loss of her nephew, she still didn’t miss a beat on leading her team and maintaining the quality and safety for our Veterans. This action not only improved our department's performance but also had a significant positive impact on staff morale and Veteran outcomes.
