Tim was very kind to my father during a scary time for him. My dad is 89 years old, had surgery and the next morning he didn't feel right and was confused. He had been off of a medicine for surgery and was having side effects from restarting it. Tim showed my father patience, kindness and support which helped my father during his ER visit. He was very compassionate to both my father and me. I thank Pomerene ER staff and Tim for the kindness and excellent care they provide.
