Tim was nominated by a patient's family. They were so impressed with the compassionate care he provided to their loved one. They were also impressed with the way Tim interacted with the entire family, taking the time to get to know names and personalities. His manager adds that he is a role model for other staff. He always puts his patients first. He always is an advocate. No request is too small or too big. Tim makes sure the patient comes first and is the center of his care. Tim always smiles and always brings positivity to work. He is a true team player and I am thankful he is part of our ICU team.
