G was admitted to MCR and when he was just about ready to be discharged his nurse, Tina Holmberg was intuitive and persistent enough to keep asking him questions about his symptoms. Because of her questioning, she was instrumental in helping the doctor make the proper diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, detecting it early!
G had surgery and chemotherapy and is now in remission! Because they caught it when they did, we were able to take care of it and go on our 3 week trip to Europe as originally planned and were able to have a wonderful trip! We give Tina and Dr. M all the credit! Thank you!
