We are especially fond of Lola. She calls my mom "mama," and she treats her that way. We are blessed to have her.
Lola is an extraordinary Hospice Nurse; she gives all her love, caring, and compassionate care to all her patients. She treats her patients like a loving member of her own family. She goes above and beyond to advocate for patient care. She is also a team player and offers to help other nurses' caseloads when they are off.
One compliment from a family: "Our family is very grateful for the wonderful care given to my mom. Every team member has been so kind. We are especially fond of Lola. She calls my mom "mama," and she treats her that way. We are blessed to have her."
"On behalf of the family of B, I want to extend my gratefulness and heartfelt thank you to you all! Lola, her main nurse, who cared for my mom with such love and tenderness." VNAHG is blessed to have a kind, blessed RN like Lola.
"My grandmother was a long-term patient of your organization, much, much longer than most who seek your kind of services. I truly believe it was due to the quality of love and care she received from your team and our family. Since her passing, I have tried to find the right words to convey the level of respect and thankfulness I have for those who took care of my grandmother. However, I just need to accept that there are no words to begin to truly express the level of appreciation I have for your organization. A simple “thank you” seems so insignificant when I think about the level of care shared. I hold each person who walked into her home with love and respect close to my heart, now and always. The care team you assembled to provide support for our family was second to none."
