My father-in-law was treated at St. Anthony Hospital. Over the course of the 10 days or so he was receiving treatment, I was struck by the care and compassion I witnessed from one of the nurses there. Her name is Tracey Gore. Not only did Tracey show genuine human compassion for my father-in-law, but she was also bravely honest about his dire condition, where many nurses seemed reluctant to discuss the direction most of us suspected he was headed. To me, that was a show of great character, which stood out to me, as there seems to be a lack of people like this around these days.

In detail, Tracey described his personality as one that would only be known by someone who cared and really paid attention to what he was experiencing in his last days on Earth. Words can’t describe how grateful I am for someone to treat my loved one that way.
