Tracey cared for and watched my mother carefully, allowing me to feel comfortable to leave her bedside and try to get some work done. I knew she would call me if anything changed and she did. When the time came, Tracey was at her bedside with us and she did not hold back her emotions as so many professionals often feel they should. I saw her tears of sorrow as she joined me and my family in our grief. I truly felt her compassion and this is what makes her an exceptional nurse in my eyes.”
