Tracy is an Extraordinary Nurse. She is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate team player who consistently displays and promotes the highest ethical standards. She effectively demonstrates the true meaning of patient/family partner and advocate.
Tracy Dye, RN is the Clinical Nurse Manager at Doctors Hospital Family Practice. She has truly gone above and beyond in her role to support the DH Family Medicine residency practice and program. She embodies all of the OhioHealth values daily. Within the office, she has been instrumental in organizing our clinical staff, collaborating on workflows, and helping to level up our clinical team to their full potential. She has gone above and beyond to remain accessible to the entire team. Between our Practice Administrator changes and staff turnover, she has remained a constant to our team. She is accessible and always willing to pitch in to ensure that the best care is delivered and that our team is taken care of. In addition to her clinical roles, Tracy has gone above and beyond to keep our office in order. This includes coordinating the physical maintenance issues within the practice and ensuring that residents/faculty/staff have access to the non-clinical equipment necessary to work successfully. She constantly works to keep our work environment supportive and welcoming - this includes recognizing the work of others and keeping snacks/beverages stocked. Our clinical operations now include shared responsibilities with Community Care at Doctors Hospital. Tracy has been vital to the hiring and onboarding of clinical staff. She has been splitting time between both practices to ensure that the new clinical has the operational support needed. I cannot even begin to express the amount of gratitude I have for her dedication, compassion, and stewardship. She keeps our patients and team at the forefront of everything she does. I'm incredibly grateful to work with such an amazing individual daily. It's hard to put into words just how much she does for all of us here.

Tracy has been the most constant force in our office. In an environment where everything changes on a regular basis, our office relies on Tracy for everything - probably for even too much! She is always checking in on the residents to make sure we are doing ok, brings snacks to the office on a regular basis, and is always there with answers to our hard questions. She does this all while being such a loving mother and grandmother. She has taken on so much responsibility this year with the new Community Care Clinic and still brings her amazing personality to our office daily. I love it when I get to work with her, see pictures of her family, and talk about her hometown of "Warshington" Courthouse with her. She is one of a kind and knows how to put a patient first. She is very deserving of this award.

***

Tracy is a wonderful and caring nurse. She is in charge of Doctors Family Practice and the Community Care Clinic. She covers for MAs when they are off. Tracy is willing to help the front office if we are behind. She truly has a caring heart.

***

Tracy is the definition of what it means to be a nurse. Not only does she give 100% to her patients when she is at work, but she sacrifices a lot of her personal time and effort into being present for her patients and her staff. Tracy is our clinical manager. I could not ask for a better boss. She is here every day. When I say "here", I don't just mean "in the building". I mean we (our entire staff) knows that if we need ANYTHING, professional or personal, Tracy will be there. She is selfless and caring. She is knowledgeable and honest. She is reliable and empathetic. She is such a hard worker and I'm proud to call her a friend. ||Tracy is currently running two of our offices and takes on more than any one person should be asked to do. And she does it with everything that she has. If anyone deserves to be recognized for this award, it is Tracy.

Tracy Dye, RN, is our program's heartbeat, and without her, we simply would not survive. She plays an instrumental role in the day to day coordination of our office. Recently, our office has been through several periods of transition -new program director, new office managers, and new clinic initiatives. Tracy continues to step up to the plate -managing our new community care clinic, running our DHFM clinic, and always delivering exceptional patient care.

Tracy Dye is a nurse who goes above and beyond for her staff and her patients. She is one of the most kindhearted nurses I've had the pleasure of working with.

***

Tracy Dye has been a fundamental team member for Doctors Hospital Family Medicine Residency. She constantly goes above and beyond her duties as a clinical nurse manager to ensure the best training of other clinical staff members and regularly monitor patient care and ensure that the highest quality care is delivered to our patients both in and out of office between appointments. She has been instrumental in helping get a brand new office extension running with an innovative care model with the new doctors hospital community care clinic on W Broad while also stretching herself back to oversee the main office for the residency program at 2030 Stringtown road in Grove City. |Without Tracy's dedication to quality of care and strong work ethic, neither our main office nor the new care model office with community care would be as functional as it is currently.

***

Tracy has been one of the best nurses I have worked with in eight years of practicing medicine.  As the nurse manager of our medical education practice, she has gone out of her way to improve workflow, improve quality of care, increase service lines, and improve team dynamics.  She helps runs two clinics (one that is a novel and new for OhioHealth) and I honestly don't know how she achieves so many things in one position.  The successes of the Community Care clinic are being discussed throughout the system as a model of care.  She carries a smile no matter where she goes, and with it comes a profound empathetic approach to patient care.  She has gained the respect of many around her and many of our patients voice their appreciation for Tracy.||Tracy Dye is more than worthy of this Daisy Award, and OhioHealth Doctors Hospital is very lucky to have her as an associate!

Tracy has been a part of the DHFM family for a while, and she has always gone above and beyond for the residents, faculty and staff to assure they have what we need, from being a liaison between us and our patients on the phone to being our Flu Captain assuring we can get our flu vaccines in the most convenient way possible.  The office flow and culture of the residency clinic in Grove City have truly benefited from her presence through her caring and personable presence.|She is a favorite for my patients who can be challenged by their circumstances, making them sometimes abrupt or rude to her as she is trying to help them.  My patients know her by name and know that she will always give them the assistance they need, from medication refills to appointments and assistance forms.  She is always kind and polite regardless of the treatment she receives.

We also have recently undertaken the opening of a walk-in clinic, Community Care Clinic, at the Medical Office Building at Doctors.  She has been integral in the planning phases and is now sharing her time between the residency office in Grove City and the clinic at Doctors.  This undertaking has required a lot of support from her and again she graciously brings us what we need and jumping in to help room patients and perform tasks as needed.  |Tracy is a true colleague, and I am proud to work alongside her in caring for our patients.

Tracy became our clinical manager in early 2023.  While I have been with Doctors Hospital Family Practice for 17 of my 19 years with Ohiohealth, I am in awe of her dedication, compassion, and selflessness.  Our clinic with her guidance has brought together the faculty, resident physicians, manager, our front office and clinical staff to strive to achieve the kindness and excellence she presents with every task she tackles.

Since the beginning of this year, Tracy has navigated not only the setting up, hiring, and training at the newly opened COMMUNITY CARE CLINIC at Doctors Hospital but our office, Doctors Hospital Family Medicine in Grove City as well. Tracy's work ethic and energy are unmatched by any clinical manager that I have ever worked with.

Tracy exhibits tireless dedication and commitment to patient well-being as well as to the staff. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our patients are receiving exceptional care. She works day in and day out to provide the best care for not only her patients but everyone around her. She is currently juggling two practices and is rocking it. Her compassion and kindness shine through in everything that she does. She shows genuine support and concern for her patients and the staff she works with on a daily basis. She always puts the well-being of her patients first. Her dedication does not go unnoticed. She has touched my heart as well as those around her with her unwavering dedication, comfort, support, exceptional care, compassion, and kindness. She inspires me to be a better version of myself on a daily basis. I am thankful and proud to be able to work by her side.

Tracy goes above and beyond every day in her efforts to take care of the patients at our practice. Not only does she advocate for our patients and provide high quality care, but she is an incredible leader of our clinic team. She treats everyone with respect and lifts up those around her. As we have been building our pediatric patient panel, she has helped us stock vaccines appropriately, triage patients, and develop new workflows to meet quality care metrics like hemoglobin and lead screening. She has also taken her talents to the Community Care clinic to help them develop the same high-quality standards she has implemented at Doctors Hospital Family Practice. Tracy is one-of-a-kind and makes a positive impact on everyone.

***

She goes above and beyond every day in both our clinic and DH Community Care clinic. She has been splitting time between these and still doing a wonderful job despite needing to be in two places at one time.

***

Tracy Dye is an incredibly skilled and effective nurse manager leader.  She has been critical to opening Community Care at Doctors with ALL new staff and a NEW clinic, she has been everywhere at once.  She helps us troubleshoot problems that come up daily, sometimes hourly.  She's always the first one to jump in to help, even though she's being pulled in 100 different directions.  She also is the nurse manager at the FM clinic in Grove City.  Tracy is a kind and humble person who truly gives her 200% every single day.  We are so lucky to have her.

***

Tracy Dye is an exceptional worker who puts her needs before her coworkers and patients. She has been working really hard to help get the Community Clinic up and running. She deserves this award and I hope she will be recognized.

***

Tracy Dye continues to be the quintessential member of the team at Doctors Hospital Family Medicine Residency Clinic. She is always present and ready to help in any direction that she may be pulled. She is a pillar for which the resident doctors in our office lean for support. She is the first person to recognize other's contributions but minimize her own impact on our successes. She is also the first person to recognize and work on changes to address struggles in our office. She is constantly working to improve quality and safety in our office for patients and wellbeing and productivity for providers. She is more than deserving of this award.

***

I was very scared to start a new job with new people, especially with how I got treated at my last practice. Tracy is always checking up on me and making sure I am being treated better and that I am doing well.

***

Tracy is so caring and compassionate. She is the engine that keeps the clinic running. I do not know how she balances all of her tasks. She has been instrumental in covering the Family Medicine clinic and the new Community Care clinic at Doctors. Nothing phases her and she leads us with a steady hand.  Outside of patient care activities, she is a great sounding board and helps to make life's little problems seem more manageable. She is one of the most kind and caring people I know, I am fortunate that I get to work alongside her every single day.

***

Tracy Dye deserves this award more than anyone that I can think of.  She goes above and beyond at everything that she does. She is currently working at our clinic in Grove City and the community care clinic at the Doctors' Hospital. She never once has complained about her workload. She just does whatever is asked of her while still making sure all her employees are taken care of.  Tracy has changed my outlook on managers. Before I came to OhioHealth other managers made me feel like I was just a number and a body in their office to make it run. Tracy has made me feel completely different, she has shown me that I matter in this workplace. She has shown me that I am a piece of the puzzle that has to be here to complete the whole picture. She shows each and every one of us that she cares about us. She makes sure every day that we are okay; she checks in on us. She is always an ear when we need her no matter what it could be about. She is the most caring person I have met. She shows me that she cares not only about me but also about my family and life outside of here. No matter what she is dealing with outside of the workplace or even at the workplace you would never know. Tracy comes to work every day with a smile on her face and ready to work. She leaves all her problems at the door no matter what life is throwing at her. She is one of the most caring people I have ever met.

***

Tracy is incredibly patient and supportive to patients and to residents. She has dropped everything she is doing to assist me with patient care and makes an effort to know how all the MAs and residents are doing in their clinic schedule, although she has tasks to finish as well. Without her selflessness, the clinic would be a less efficient and less supported place.

***

Tracy Dye is a cornerstone in our program. She embodies the ideal team player, she models empathy and kindness, and she advocates for best patient care. She supports her teams (both at the family med clinic and comm clinic) with grace and dedication. I am so grateful to have such an amazing nurse and leader to work with. She brightens your day even if the clinic is in the midst of chaos.

***

Tracy has been instrumental in helping to get the Community Care clinic started. We are a new venture helping the underserved beyond the medical complaint they are presenting with. She has taken on the herculean task of getting the necessary tasks and functions started, training staff, and, in general, helping us to become operational. It has been a journey that is ever changing and evolving, and Tracy has been at the helm of this and is flexible in the ever-changing environment.
