Travis' explanation of my condition and what I should expect as far as treatment was clear and concise. He was patient with all of my questions and took a genuine interest in my health. He was very professional in everything he did, with touches of humor along the way. If I had any needs, he did his best to meet them. Travis is a one-in-a-million nurse.
