Travis was my mother's nurse for 3 nights in a row. He was very kind to both my mother and our family. My mother has terminal cancer at 63 and our family is devastated with our emotions all over the place. Travis made our time here extra special. He took care of my mom with gentleness, compassion and genuine care. He wasn't just doing his job, his demeanor, his expressions and his voice all showed a level of compassion beyond his years. Travis always had a sense of urgency when mom needed something. He made us feel like she was his main priority although I'm sure he had other patients to care for. He never seemed bothered or annoyed when mom needed extra attention. Travis is a very special nurse. I cannot describe in words the level of care he showed for my mom and my family. There is not one specific thing that he did that was outstanding because everything he did went well beyond the call of duty. He is a true asset to this hospital and his patients are lucky to have him as their nurse. Travis may God bless you always for the love and care you show for the ill.
