Two years we unexpectedly lost our 23 year old son which has been very traumatic for us. Last year our other son had a blood clot-again causing concern and stress and is now a patient in your hospital from a stroke. He is 35 years old. Travis has been very professional, caring, and knowledgeable in his care. He explains every procedure not only to us as his parents but also to our son which takes time and patience as he is moderately disabled. We are able to ask questions and Travis's knowledge reassures us that our son is receiving excellent care. Today, I became overwhelmed and had a panic attack and Travis calmly helped me through it so that I could be a soothing influence for my son. Travis not only loves his job he understands what patients/families are dealing with and shows true compassion.
