My father-in-law was slowly dying from cancer and it's complications in the ICU. Tyler knew how much he adored his dog and had not seen her in several days. My father-in-law was so used to reaching for his dog as she usually sat in the recliner with him cuddling for several months now. Tyler had the idea to get approval from his supervisor for my father-in-law to see his dog for the last time. When his dog walked into the room and kissed him on his face, he said his dog's name and we all immediately could see his body relax and his face was full of joy despite how weak he felt. Our family cannot thank Tyler enough, for not only taking care of him medically but also thinking of my father-in-law's needs emotionally. Tyler answered every question and came to the room quickly each time we needed help and treated us like family!
