I was waiting for my room for 2 days in the Emergency room and Tyler made my stay so much better. He doesn't just check on you, he double-checks on you. If he must leave to take care of another patient, he makes sure to check on you when he's done. I was very nervous to get an IV with the ultrasound, but Tyler made me feel at ease and got an IV in for me, I didn't even feel it. He made me feel confident in how well I was being taken care of.
Tyler wrote a nice message for me on my bulletin board. Even when he wasn't my nurse, he checked in on me. He went over and above in caring for me, doing things he didn't have to like cleaning my ears for me. He's always a busy young man but still has a great attitude. I've not only had this experience with him once but both times I have recently been in the hospital. I appreciate everything Tyler has done for me.
