I would like to thank Umalkhair for her great care and cooperation, always responding quickly to my needs. She is kind, compassionate, understanding, helpful, and hardworking, with a strong commitment to her work. She always ensures that everything runs smoothly during the session and checks if I am comfortable or if I need any additional service. She promptly addresses any inquiries I have and communicates any questions to the doctor if necessary. Overall, I believe she is exceptional. 

Umalkhair is cooperative, cheerful, and friendly, and she has a full understanding of the needs of dialysis patients. She handles everything with professionalism and flexibility, offering full and continuous support in booking appointments, following up on personal needs, and maintaining constant communication with the patient. Her manner of interaction is excellent. 

She is the best nurse I have encountered in dialysis, especially when it comes to administering the dialysis machine needles.
