Valerie Havener provided nurturing and informative care for me after my revision surgery. She went above and beyond and brought me extra pillows and herbal tea and taught me to get as comfortable as possible in the bed. Valerie carries a positive energy and talked to us with an ease and understanding as if she was caring for her own family member. She works effectively and efficiently with kindness and good humor.
