Vanessa has delivered exceptional, professional care. She exhibits a positive, team player attitude. I had an assignment that required more help due to the patient's condition deteriorated; Vanessa came to help me without hesitation. She was very gentle and warm with the parents and helped me tremendously with that situation along with others throughout my busy shift. She is truly appreciated and a wonderful role model.

My daughter has been in the hospital all week. She is undergoing a procedure right now to determine if she has cancer or what is causing internal bleeding. She has not been allowed to eat or drink all week. Vanessa was with her at some of her most difficult days and procedures. She made my daughter feel safe and cared for. She was kind, loving and compassionate. I appreciate her skills, heart and tender care she gave my baby girl.
