It is very hard to pick which I-Care value describes Victoria best. She meets and exceeds all of them. Victoria is a patient advocate. Victoria is always willing and goes above and beyond. To her, there is no extra mile. She will go as long and far as it takes for our veterans. She does this to make sure their needs are met. Victoria is the voice for her veterans if they cannot be heard. She is there with them from the beginning of the process to the end. She educates them and gives them accurate information so they can make an informed choice in their own care. She respects their decisions and wishes. Victoria puts their fear to ease. She addresses their concerns in a positive, empathetic, and non-judgmental way. Victoria's veterans are her family, and that is how they are all treated.
