Viola is knowledgeable and highly skilled. She has a loving and tender professional way. She is a compassionate nurse. She is always so patient and she explains things to the patients in detail. Viola knew right away I was dilated 9 centimeters. She kept me calm and positioned me in a way to minimize my back-labor pains and helped my baby girl descend.
I was quite anxious about pushing correctly, being a first-time mom. She guided me during the pushing. She would tell me when I was doing a great job. I am so thankful because Viola was very supportive throughout my labor. I now know that it takes someone so special and strong like her to do what she does. Nurses like Viola make the birthing process so smooth and very memorable.
We need more birthing nurses like Viola!
