Ms. Jenkins has worked with us for almost 20 years after I retired from the Army. I am a chronic pain patient because of my life in the Airborne and Infantry. We truly realized the depth of her care for us when I was in extreme pain with my shoulder, and the only way I could get some relief was by lying on the floor in the waiting room. As she was working with other patients, she saw me and comforted my wife and went and got some blankets and pillows for me to rest on until I could see the doctor. It was a very busy day for that particular doctor.

Over the years, there have been many times when we needed somebody badly to get information from a doctor, and she always stopped and got involved when we were in the waiting room. She is a true helper in many times of need. Many days, when I was in tears and angry, she would stop. She cared enough to get involved and help us with all my pain issues. Her personality is filled with compassion!!!
