Since taking on his new role as Resource Nurse, Bill is always helping out in any way he can. He jumps in without hesitation when he sees a busy ED, is quick to offer a hand, ask if anyone needs coverage to take a break, etc. Bill has even gone above and beyond to stay late to assist with a transfer of a critical patient when we did not have an appropriate transfer crew.
