Today, I had the privilege of being cared for by Yen during my chemotherapy session, and I cannot overstate how exceptional her care was. From the moment I met her, she radiated calm, compassion, and confidence—qualities that are invaluable in a nurse, especially in such a challenging environment.

Yen not only ensured that my treatment was meticulously managed, but she also went above and beyond in making the experience as comfortable as possible for both myself and my 80-year-old mother, who accompanied me. She patiently explained every step of the process and took the time to answer our questions, ensuring we both felt informed and reassured.
