Annabelle has been so wonderful to talk to and displays empathy, compassion, understanding, and genuine concern for every one of the patients whom she interacts with. I have really enjoyed talking to her, as she has put me at ease on multiple occasions. I have really appreciated her encouraging words, calming and kind demeanor, and positive energy. She is excellent and has really made me feel comfortable in my stay.
