My nurse Yingfu is such a wonderful and caring nurse. I felt as if a family member was at my care. Since the first moment I met her and first spoke with her, she made me feel at ease. She told me to call her every time I got up to use the toilet so she could help me untangle all the wires, and she did it every time with patience. She helped me keep my dignity even when I didn't make it to the toilet. When I got out she had a new gown and supplies waiting for me, and I felt clean all thanks to her. She helped me understand that after my surgery it would be natural to have these kind of accidents. She has all the qualities of a great nurse. She was understanding of my pain and always came back with my pain medicine right after I called. I never had to wait in pain. She gave me educational advice for future hospital stays, and told me to feel free to ask for help. It was so easy to count on her. She was busy like all the other nurses, but I was cared for as if I was her only patient. Thank you, Yingfu.
