Yvette is being recognized as a DAISY Nurse Leader for her extraordinary efforts in impacting the results of our 2023 HPPD and productivity. Yvette's expertise, persistence, and guidance in teaching the patient care services team resulted in a tremendous improvement in our financial operations. Yvette has a very keen sense of nursing financial operations, and we would not have been successful without her. Yvette took many opportunities to teach all of the nursing leaders the nuances of unit finances, which helped them better understand their role and how finances work in their areas.
