a. Yvonne has taken exceptional care of me during my stay. She has been very attentive to my needs. She has exceptional social skills and she showed great understanding of my feelings during this difficult time for me. I have a new baby at home and I'm stuck here away from where my heart is. She definitely made me feel relaxed. Yvonne is a genuine and passionate caretaker. You can tell that this is not just a job for her; it's a way of life. I am blessed to have had her tend to me. Kaiser, she is a keeper!

f. Oh what a nurse! Where did you find her? A true angel spirit who knows her job and performs it with the expertise expected of an RN. However she has an awesome, attentive aura that propels her professional. Proficient patient practice as a truly caring nurse. She made me feel at home, loved and cared for with mercy! An RN who goes beyond the call of duty to make her patients comfortable, healing and happy. I was in awe of her superior attentive services.
g. Yvonne is very competent in her nursing care. She made sure to check me often to see if I needed to use the bedpan and cleaned me afterwards and then helped me into the bed. She checked to be sure my down was dry and clean and arranged the sheets. She properly assisted me in all aspects of patient needs. She checked in on me every hour, during the night to be sure I was sleeping and not in pain and didn't need anything. Very competent and pleasant in her professional nursing care.
