Zabdi was always smiling, getting along with her colleagues and has a general sense to help all. Great Nurse! Zabdi shows a great deal of compassion for her job. She is very attentive to her patients and their needs. She has also taken on the role of preceptor for one of the RN Residents and has become a wonderful role model for the new nurses and seasoned nurses. She always has kind words to say and a smile on her face! Zabdi took the time to explain everything she was doing. She told me what my vitals were. She reprogrammed my remote which is very important to me. She helped in changing my linens. My family said she was always helping someone, never standing idle. I was never without ice water. Zabdi is what I call Johnny on the spot. Most of all she always had a smile which brought a smile to me.
