I came into the hospital in rough shape with multiple issues. I was in pain, and down, and honestly quite scared. Every single nurse I had was attentive, kind, and caring, but Zemen was on another level. Her level of care, attention to detail, and how much time she took to speak with me and make me feel seen, cared for, concerned about, and advocated for - it made all the difference. She was a bright spot during a very dark and difficult week. She was the epitome of what I would hope to get if I ever found myself needing care again.
