Zoe Brown is always amazing to work with and well respected by her peers, Nursing Executives, and clients. She is passionate about providing Connect Nursing our clinical mobility product to our nursing client base. The product development for Connect Nursing that Zoe helps drive daily will provide safe delivery of care, while also supporting an optimal experience for nurses that are constantly in a high demand situation caring for patients. Zoe leverages her clinical experience daily as a product manager while working and engaging with her development teams to help connect the clinical scenarios to the features that are being designed along with validating the effectiveness and ensuring patient safety is a top priority. She remains consistent and steadfast in her approach to managing a product with balancing the technology needs with the empathetic, caring approach of a nurse.
Zoe has a broad set of responsibilities to deliver an offering to our clients that supports care coordination, safety, and communication needs. As she seeks to understand, listen, and collaborate with experts both internally and externally, Zoe always keeps perspective on the needs of the nursing users she serves.
With the recent impact of COVID-19 to our clients and community, Zoe quickly switched gears to determine options for our clients to minimize the usage of PPE through a modified nurse witness workflow when administering medications through barcode medication administration on the Connect Nursing device and working in collaboration with our Meds Process strategist to ensure our recommendations were updated for CareAdmin and desktop workflows as well across all venues of care where a nurse witness workflow may be required. Zoe provided those recommendations quickly to ensure that they could be validated and reviewed by our clinical leadership and was quickly added to our Disaster Documentation Guide to support our clients that is accessible on the COVID 19 site.
Zoe was recognized for her ability to quickly develop strong relationships and effectively collaborate with strategic clients to advance Connect Nursing and replace legacy products. She does an exceptional job to protect the roadmap and provide elbow to elbow support with clients. Zoe often collaborates with our regulatory and quality team to ensure regulatory standards are met.
